This article aims to show both a theoretical and a practical approach to the so-called Popular Reading of the Bible. A characterization of it will be carried out, showing its antecedents and epistemology, and then entering the practical dimension, through the experience of this type of biblical reading with a Catholic Christian community in Coronel-Chile, through field work, as an essay from a Popular Reading of the Bible today.
