Abstract

This paper presents a theoretical description of social routine formulas and a didactic guide to be used in the classroom by teachers of Spanish as a foreign language. This guide is made up of one leveling of these formulas according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and it includes a description of a possible way of presenting them when teaching. The choice of this subtype of phraseological units is on, the one hand, determined by the binding force that they present in daily conversations and, on the other hand, by the neglect of these formulas in the teaching-learning process of Spanish as a foreign language.
