Abstract

The public space and its common space are essential to improve the quality of life and one of the indispensable urban elements constitutes to achieve the consolidation of the neighborhood and its integration to the city. This means to create surfaces and spaces that provide to the individuals exchange opportunities, places of rest and recreation, allowing the development, a condition and perception of the atmosphere, that which depends, in great measure, of the organization and capacity deploy by a community. In this sense, the states and other institutions will settle down and to facilitate mechanisms, instruments I means that allow to foresee, to prepare or to reserve areas whose potential as future space public this chord to the preferences and necessities felt by most of the inhabitants contributing this way, to create a structure urban chord with the process of growth and development of these establishments, toward the future rehabilitation on the space neighborhood.

Arquitecto egresado de la Universidad del Zulia. Magíster Scientiarum en Arquitectura. Docente del Departamento de Diseño Arquitectónico de la Escuela de Arquitectura e Investigador activo de la Sección Urbano Regional del Instituto de Investigaciones de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño de la Universidad del Zulia, LUZ. Maracaibo, Venezuela. Ha participado como ponente en Congresos y Seminarios a nivel nacional e internacional en el área de Diseño Urbano y publicado artículos en reconocidas revistas de carácter nacional e internacional

Tomás Pérez Valecillos, Universidad del Zulia

Arquitecto egresado de la Universidad del Zulia. Magíster Scientiarum en Vivienda. Docente del Departamento de Diseño Arquitectónico de la Escuela de Arquitectura y la División de Estudios para Graduados dentro del Programa Académico de Maestría en Vivienda. Investigador activo de la Sección Urbano Regional del Instituto de Investigaciones de la Facultad de Arquitectura y Diseño de LUZ Maracaibo, Venezuela. Actualmente cursa el Doctorado en Ciencias mención Urbanismo en la Universidad Central de Venezuela. Ha participado como ponente en Congresos y Seminarios a nivel nacional e internacional en el área de Diseño Urbano y publicado artículos en reconocidas revistas de carácter nacional e internacional.
